Overall experience = mediocre at best.
Within the first couple hours of the stay, we had the repair man in our room to fix a broken Air conditioner (it was dripping water all over us as soon as we turned it on), and I was walked in on by staff after showering. Not only was the door NOT shut upon the staff seeing me not fully covered in a towel, but I was advised that the room we were given (that we had reserved about month in advance) was “Out of order”. Upon first entering the room it was 78 degrees and the air conditioning (after being “fixed”) could not get the temperature down past 68. We had it on for 5 days and 4 nights without turning it off once and it was set to 65. The elevator inspections are out of date (posted pic with review), and they wobble and groan with more than a couple people in at a time. Staff is friendly but some bar tenders are slow and don’t know what they’re doing. This bar tender could have been new, but they had to check the menu for drink ingredients almost every time and I was still served a drink with out of date/sour ingredients. They were kind and exchanged the drink after a taste test. Beds were comfy, and room was clean (family member in another room found dirty clothes from last person on the floor). Hot tub had so many chemicals that if you turn on the jets it fills with foam like someone dumped shampoo in it. Also, it had black stuff all over the foam.

Would only stay here again if it was an emergency and would rather stay at a motel.
