I'm going to be honest with this review as I always have. I was used to having the old Sweetwater Harley, apparently they got rid of some. The problem with this is new ownership comes new rules and they really never have anything stocked. The young ladies at the counter say that they've been on order and they're waiting for him to come in in the meantime you need a pair of gloves you had your have to buy the ones they have in stock which are from like 2015 they're very limited ugly and nobody wants them. Along with the lot of the other stuff they say they're on order but they never get there so you're forced to buy stuff that wouldn't have been sold in the first place. All in all the customer service there is is okay everybody's on edge because of the new management which in turn turns to the customer customer service you get over treated nicely. Because everybody is afraid they may get dismissed or reprimanded they're expected to over act which is being fake to me. So if they can just cut it with the acting act normal I know most people there from before act like they are and will continue doing business. In the meantime we'll see where these family nights and events take this place these happy hours on Fridays is logrolling on Thursdays and these little bands on Saturdays we'll see what happens in the meantime we'll keep will keep going until they give us a reason not to.

Bought a used wide glide, and had a great day. Adrian was great and I had the opportunity to meet the GM. They both were an absolute pleasure to do business with. 10/10
